We're growing fast, and we need two brilliant people to grow with us. A sales hunter chasing new venues, and a field operator keeping the network humming. Bring the energy — we'll bring the rest.
Luggaway is putting self-service luggage lockers inside bars, cafés, gyms, hotels and event spaces — starting in London this September. A traveller books online, unlocks the locker with a QR on their phone, drops their bag, and comes back for it with the same QR. Nobody at the venue touches a bag. Right now, we are signing our founding venues.
We are small, scrappy, and right at the start. Every person who joins now makes a real dent — and gets in at the ground floor.
No fake foosball tables. No mandatory standups at 8am. Just a properly flexible job with real money on the table for the right person.
Minimum wage as a guaranteed base. Then commission on top — the more you bring in, the more you earn. No ceiling.
Set your own hours. Work the times that suit you. We care about results, not whether you're sat at a desk by 9.
Small team, no bureaucracy, no jargon, no suits. Just people who like getting things done and having a laugh while they do.
We're at the start of something big. Help us build it and you'll be part of the story — not just a number on a payroll.
Both are based in London, both pay minimum wage plus commission, both are properly flexible. Different jobs, same energy.
Go out, pitch venues, sign them up. You're the front line of growth — every café, bar, and gym in London is a potential Luggaway locker site.

You keep the network humming. Locker units clean, online and working, venues happy. If a unit reports a fault, you're already on the way. London is your office.
We accept CVs. But we'd love a two-minute video introduction even more.
