1. Who is responsible
Luggaway Ltd is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact: hello@luggaway.com.
2. What we collect
- Booking details: name, email, phone number, the venue, dates and number of bags.
- Payment: handled by our payment provider; we keep only the last four digits and a transaction reference.
- Locker events: timestamped open and close events for your locker, which we also send to you.
- Support: anything you tell us when you log a problem or chat with us.
- Student verification: your .ac.uk email address, used only to confirm eligibility for the discount.
3. Why we use it
Placeholder: to run your booking and open the locker for the right phone; to send confirmations and locker events; to handle refunds, claims and support; to meet our legal obligations; and, where you agree, to tell you about new locations.
4. Sharing
Placeholder: host venues see only that a locker is booked, never who booked it. We share data with our payment, email and insurance providers as needed to provide the service.
5. Keeping it
Placeholder: retention periods for booking records, locker events and support tickets.
6. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email hello@luggaway.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Cookies
