Luggaway is a UK company putting self-service luggage lockers inside the cafés, bars, gyms and hotels people already walk past. Travellers book online, unlock a locker with a QR code on their phone, and pay a flat £4 per bag per day with £3,000 of cover included and no booking fee; nobody at the venue handles a bag, and the locker can be opened as often as needed during the booking. Host venues earn commission on every booking at no upfront cost. Built by the team behind Cheeky Charging, which provides phone charging in venues across London, Luggaway launches around London's mainline stations in September 2026, with further UK cities to follow.
Luggaway is one word, capital L. Luggaway is a trading name of Cheeky Charging Ltd (company no. 15348193). Please do not describe us as an app: bookings are made on the website and no download is needed.

Lockers, not a storage app
Luggaway lockers are self-service hardware inside host venues. Venue staff never take, tag or hand back a bag, which is what separates us from attended shop-storage services.
Addresses are published when live
We only list a venue's address once its locker is installed and taking bookings. Until then, station pages show the area and the launch list.

Product photography of the production unit will be added here once the first installs are complete. The illustrations on this site are ours and may be used with credit to Luggaway.
