Questions

Luggage storage in London: your questions

Where in London will the first Luggaway lockers be?

Around the big mainline stations first: King's Cross St Pancras, Victoria, Paddington, Liverpool Street, Euston, Waterloo and London Bridge. Each station has its own page above with a price check and a launch list. Exact venue addresses are published once a locker is installed and taking bookings.

How much is luggage storage in London with Luggaway?

£4 per bag per day, any size, with £3,000 per-bag cover included and no booking fee. A short stay of up to three hours is £2.50 a bag. That compares with £5–£7 all-in at attended shop-storage apps and £12.50–£15 a bag per 24 hours at station left-luggage counters.

Do I need to book in advance?

Once we launch you can book right up to the moment you arrive if a locker is free, and cancel free until your drop-off time. Booking opens in September 2026; the launch list on each station page gets the first invitations.

Are the lockers inside the stations themselves?

No. Luggaway lockers sit inside host venues a short walk from each station: cafés, bars, hotels and shops with a spare corner. That is what keeps the price at £4 and lets you open the locker as often as you like.

Is my bag insured?

Every booking includes £3,000 of cover per bag at no extra cost, from the moment the door closes. Extended cover for high-value items can be added at checkout.

Can I store a bag overnight or for several days in London?

Yes. Each extra day is another £4 per bag, up to 60 days in a single booking. You collect during the host venue's opening hours, which are shown before you pay; sites open round the clock carry a 24/7 badge.

Where our lockers will be

Founding venues near a London station are being signed now.

We do not list addresses until a locker is installed and taking bookings. Right now we are signing the first host venues around the seven stations above: cafés, bars, hotels and shops with a spare corner. When each one goes live its exact address, opening hours and locker count appear on this page.
